The Heart & Soul of our Company

Suzanne Rosenberg RPh, Founder and Pharmacist

Suzanne Rosenberg RPh

  • Suzanne is one of the founders and sole owner of Community Compounding Pharmacy. She opened CCP in 2008, but has been working as a compounding pharmacist for over 22 years. Suzanne’s focus in compounding has always been working closely with integrative practitioners.

Before becoming a compounding pharmacist Suzanne spent many years studying western herbal medicine, which gave her a foundation for creating therapeutic formulations. Prior to opening CCP, she opened and managed an integrative pharmacy where she had the great fortune to work side by side with a naturopath and help operate a full service naturopathic medicinary which contained both an herbal and homeopathic medicinary.

When opening CCP, Suzanne’s vision was to found a compounding pharmacy to support the naturopathic community. This has continued to be a core goal for the pharmacy. In the past 15 years we have worked closely with the ND community throughout the nation and regularly create integrative formulas to support their patients. In addition, CCP offers continuing education conferences to our providers twice a year to foster partnerships in our community.

During her free time Suzanne spends her time with her husband, children, and her many animals. Suzanne loves to travel, practice yoga, and spend time with friends and loved ones.

Aaron Bohn PharmD, Director and Pharmacist

Aaron Bohn PharmD

  • Aaron graduated with honors from the University of Houston in 2011, where he found his love of compounding. During his pharmacy instruction, he was given unique access and training at the Pharmaceutical Compounders Center of America (PCCA) headquarters. This experience changed his path from the research direction to compounding. He enjoyed the ability to be at the very front edge of innovating pharmaceutical solutions that impact people’s lives.

Aaron has been with Community Compounding Pharmacy since 2012. He now serves as the Pharmacy Director and Pharmacist-in-Charge where he enjoys leading others with the same passion for compounding.

In his free time Aaron likes to play music, mountain climb with the Mazama mountaineering group, and play with his son.

The Compounding Pharmacist Team

With over 50 years of combined compounding experience, the pharmacists at Community Compounding take great joy in being a resource for both patients and prescribers. Our pharmacists will offer thorough consultation to all patients either over the phone or in person.

If you are a new patient, you will receive a call directly from a pharmacist to go over your medication before it is mailed out. Because we have multiple pharmacists on staff daily, prescribers can easily reach a pharmacist during business hours. They are always happy to answer any questions or provide information about compounded medications. Our pharmacists will work with the prescriber and the patient to find the best solution for each patient's individual needs.

The Lab

The lab department at Community Compounding Pharmacy is where all your medications are made. Our state of the art compounding lab receives patient specific prescriptions that have been individually formulated by our pharmacists. Well trained certified pharmacy technicians and pharmacists ensure each order is made with the highest quality ingredients and equipment to meet each patient’s needs.

Our technicians combine ingredients into creams, capsules, tablets, and more following the pharmacist's formulas. Once the compound is complete, it is checked for quality first by a technician then again by a pharmacist before it is ready for the patient. We are committed to excellent training of our staff and update our processes regularly. Our finished products are sent out regularly for third party testing to ensure quality.
