A certificate of completion for the CE Hours will be issued within 2 business days of passing the quiz. The quiz is 5 questions per lecture, and you are allowed to retake it if needed.

Dr. Ilana Gurevich, ND LAc
Exploring the Link Between Mitochondrial Dysfunction and Gastrointestinal Health
Dr. Gurevich is a board-certified naturopathic gastroenterologist who graduated from the National University of Natural Medicine with a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine in 2007 and a Master’s in Oriental Medicine in 2008. She currently practices in Portland, Oregon, where she operates a specialized private practice focused on gastroenterology. Her practice centers on the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease, IBS, and other functional gastrointestinal disorders.
Dr. Gurevich is a sought-after lecturer, teaching extensively about both conventional and natural treatments for gastrointestinal conditions. She also mentors the naturopathic and functional medicine community, educating and consulting with physicians on GI disorders. For the past decade, she has supervised and trained resident naturopathic physicians in the art and science of naturopathic gastroenterology.
As a founding member of the Gastroenterology Association of Naturopathic Physicians, Dr. Gurevich remains actively involved in the organization.
Recognized for her expertise, Dr. Gurevich was nominated as one of Portland’s Top Docs by Portland Monthly in 2014, 2016, 2020, and 2021.

Dr. Amanda Watters, ND
A Clinician's Toolkit for Supporting Anxious Youth
Dr. Amanda Watters is a licensed naturopathic physician with clinical practice focused on developmental and behavioral pediatrics. She is the executive director of Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies, a nonprofit medical program that offers therapeutic services to children with disabilities and their families across 8 clinics in Oregon. She is also an adjunct faculty member at her alma mater, National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM), where she completed 3 years of residency and was the chief resident in her final year.
She is passionate about lecturing on topics such as pediatric growth and development, mental health, and suicide prevention. Outside of patient care, she applies her naturopathic medical training on the development of an herbal freezer pop called EllyPop, and is excited about this creative way to expose children to botanical medicine.

Dr. Stefani Hayes, ND is a Naturopathic Doctor and Licensed Acupuncturist in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Stefani loves offering a collaborative model of care to her patients. Her practice focuses on addressing women’s health and fertility concerns from an integrative, holistic perspective.
Dr. Williams and Dr. Hayes have enjoyed collaborating in teaching and patient care for over 10 years, to the benefits of their patients and their students.

Dr. Lara Williams, MD

Dr. Lara Williams, MD is a Board Certified OBGYN and Integrative Medicine physician, with a Master’s Degree in Integrative Health. She is an Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM) Certified Practitioner. She has completed multiple certifications in homeopathy and acupuncture. Dr. Williams is the managing partner of The Oregon Clinic – OBGYN North location, where she provides a holistic approach to women’s health care issues including obstetrics. She has helped train MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs and NDs through many programs in the Pacific Northwest.
Dr. Williams and Dr. Hayes have enjoyed collaborating in teaching and patient care for over 10 years, to the benefits of their patients and their students.

Shoshana Farber, WHNP
Come Again? Medications, Resources, and Strategies for Lifting Up Low Libido
Shoshana Farber, WHNP (show-SHAW-nuh, she/they) is a board-certified women’s health nurse practitioner and birth contrologist who specializes in sexual and reproductive health care for all genders.
Shoshana began working as a medical assistant in 2005, and continued her education, becoming a certified sexuality educator in 2010, and graduating as a nurse practitioner in 2015. As a Nurse Corp scholarship recipient, Shoshana spent 4 years providing care at health centers in underserved communities before returning home to Portland in 2020. She currently works with wonderfully diverse interdisciplinary teams at 3 area health centers: Polk County Public Health in Dallas, Southwest Family Physicians in Tigard, and A Woman’s Time in Portland.
Shoshana loves talking about what we don’t usually talk about, and her goal is to help people feel safe, comfortable, happy, and healthy in their bodies.
